Swimming Lessons in Princeton
The Red Cross offers Swim Classes in Princeton. Our lessons feature thoughtfully planned instruction, taught through Red Cross authorized providers. We teach you to swim at your own pace while in a safe environment. Our training and instruction is designed to teach you the importance of swimming safety, and our swimming lessons encourage proper technique and form while our swim safety instruction offers valuable information regarding the best responses in the event of a water emergency.
Taught by our knowledgeable and certified Red Cross instructors, we help young swimmers understand the importance of swimming safety and feeling confident in the water. Tailored around the needs of each child, our participants are encouraged to learn to swim at a pace that is comfortable for them. Our kid swim classes include six levels of instruction including an Introduction to Water Skills as well as Stroke Development and Improvement courses.
Developed for teens and adults, our adult Swim Classes in Princeton give students the opportunity to improve their swimming skills while under the guidance of a Red Cross instructor. Every level of experience is welcome and the program is designed to be to learn at your own pace. Swimming lessons for adults are available in 3 levels. 1) Learning the basics 2) Improving skills and swimming strokes and 3) Swimming for fitness.

Swim Classes in Princeton features 6 grade levels from Introduction to Water Skills to Swimming and Skill Proficiency. Each class is typically 30-45 minutes each.
