Ready to get started?

1. Find a course

   If you aren’t sure which course you need, use the Find A Class Tool located at the top near the menu navigation to browse available training and identify the right course.

2. Select a training format

   Choose the format that works best for you! We offer a selection of In-Person Classroom, Blended Learning (In-Person and Online) or Online Only courses.

3. Pick the class

   Select from the list of available sessions.

4. Complete registration and checkout

   Add your class to your cart and complete the checkoutprocess to finalize your registration.

How do I access the online learning if I registered on RedCross.org?

Once a participant is enrolled, they will receive an email from the Red Cross with a link to access the Red Cross Learning Center and the online class. If you did not receive that email, please contact the Training Support Center at 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767). Please listen for the prompts for Training and Certification. You may also email support@redcrosstraining.org.

How do I cancel or reschedule my online class?

To cancel or reschedule enrollment in a Red Cross Training class, or for any other training related inquiry, you can contact our Training and Certification support via text, chat or phone.

Hours of operation are M-F 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

Participant Materials

Your instructor will let you know before class if you need any materials or if an eBook will be provided. If you prefer a printed participant manual or private training supplies, you can purchase those from the Red Cross Store.
