Lifeguard Training in Princeton

The Red Cross blended learning Lifeguarding Classes in Princeton combine the traditional classroom environment along with online learning options. Our blended learning classes combines both in-person and online coursework for a total time commitment of 19 hours and 30 minutes in-person and 7 hours and 30 minutes of online work.
Our in-person courses are perfect for those who prefer a traditional learning environment, offering the time to learn, ask questions and view in-person demonstrations. The total time commitment for our in-person lifeguarding course is 25 hours and 20 minutes.
Those wish to recertify may register for the Red Cross Princeton Lifeguard training and review course. Those who prefer blended learning courses, which combine both in-person and online learning options, may also register for a Red Cross Blended Learning Lifeguarding Review course.
The American Red Cross has three courses that are featured during Lifeguard training in Princeton: Lifeguarding, Shallow Water Lifeguarding (water up to 5 feet deep) and Aquatic Attraction Lifeguarding (water up to 3 feet deep). A two year certification in Lifeguarding/ First Aid / CPR / AED is issued upon successful completion of our training and coursework. A digital certification is available upon completion.
