The mask is designed for mouth-to-mask or oxygen ventilation for an adult or child who is not breathing. It is FDA approved, and because it also includes a head strap, allows for hands-free operation. The mask meets American Red Cross requirements for use in the following courses: BLS, Emergency Medical Response, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
