The American Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) Code Card Kit is a set of six 8.5" x 11" water- and tear-resistant code and reference cards, to be used as part of the NALS course in-person skills session or as an available reference during the birth and resuscitation of a newborn. The Code Card Kit is designed to be attached to the code cart or stored with neonatal resuscitation equipment. The code and reference cards are cognitive aids that summarize the approach to assessing and caring for a newborn requiring resuscitation.
